Genus Roa
Summary:
A small butterflyfish genus with very long third and fourth dorsal-fin spines, four yellowish to blackish bands on the head and body, and a black blotch on the soft-rayed portion of the dorsal fin. Species mostly inhabit deeper waters below 100 m, although some also occur in shallower depths.
