Distribution

Coral Sea near Osprey Reef, Queensland. A nocturnal species inhabiting caves and crevices during the day.

Species Citation

Lachneratus phasmaticus Fraser & Struhsaker 1991, Copeia 1991(3): 719, figs 1-2. Type locality: Kona coast at cave on north side of Ka'u Loa Point, 20-30 metres back from entrance, Hawaiian Islands.
