Summary:

An undescribed pygmygoby with a completely black first dorsal fin, a dark spot on the middle of the caudal peduncle, a prominent dark spot on top of the head followed by a series of dark bars across the top of the head and back, and a narrow bar of pale melanophores on the pectoral-fin base.
This species is only known from the Australian territories of Cocos (Keeling) Islands and Christmas Island in the eastern Indian Ocean.
