Genus Nesogobius


Summary:
A genus of small gobies endemic to southern Australia. Species inhabit sandy and shelly bottoms, often burying into fine sand in a broad range of habitats including estuaries, bays and reefs in depths to ca. 60 m (Hammer et al. 2015).
