Distribution

West of Muralug (Prince of Wales) Island, Queensland, to east of Newcastle, New South Wales, including off reefs in the Coral Sea. 

Species Citation

Lepidotrigla larsoni del Cerro, L. & Lloris, D. 1997. A new species of Lepidotrigla (Scorpaeniformes, Triglidae) from the waters off Queensland (Australia). Scientia Marina 61(1): 45-52 figs 1-5 [47]. Type data: Holotype NTM S.11746-024, east of Dunk Island, QLD, 220m.
