Summary:
A mottled pale and dark grey puffer with a white belly, a prominent yellow patch below the pectoral fin, a dark grey blotch on the caudal fin, and yellowish-orange eyes.

Endemic to northern Australia from Darwin, Northern Territory, to the Fitzroy River, Queensland. Inhabits muddy and sandy areas in estuaries and coastal mangroves. |
