Summary:
A striking pale brownish dragonet with large irregular dark spots edged in greenish-blue and orange rings, greenish-blue lines across the head and radiating from the eyes.

Distribution

Monte Bellos Islands northwards to the Timor Sea.

Similar Species

The Mandarinfish, Pterosynchiropus splendidus is brownish-orange with blue to bluish-green bands, bars and spots.
