Genus Caragobius


Summary:
Caragobius is unique within the Amblyopinae gobies in having: 3–7 (typically 4–6) anal-fin pterygiophores anterior to first haemal spine; fifth hypural absent; and ribs lacking on 3rd precaudal vertebra.
