Genus Euristhmus


Summary:
A small group of eeltailed catfishes with a broad, slightly depressed head and a long, tapering, compressed body. The second-dorsal and anal fins are confluent with the caudal fin, which is pointed at its terminus. The body has a complete lateral line that extends to the caudal fin.
