Distribution |
Recorded from off Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania in depths of 1200-2000 m. Elsewhere the species occurs worldwide in tropical, subtropical and temperate waters, at depths ranging from 385-2200 m. The species generally inhabits lower continental slope waters. |
