Off Danger Point, southern Queensland, south to off Gabo Island, Victoria, and on the Lord Howe Rise in the Tasman Sea. Elsewhere the species occurs on the northern Norfolk Ridge off New Caledonia. |
Biology |
Eucla cods have a ventral light organ containing bioluminescent bacteria. |
